1. This event is intended for serious participants and should not be considered a fast track or shortcut to obtaining a Canadian visa.

2. While the organizers will provide necessary support to facilitate visa applications, we do not guarantee or assure the approval of any visa.

3. All participants must comply with Canadian laws and regulations, including immigration and business conduct rules, while attending the event

4. Participation fees are non-refundable once a visa has been issued

5. All participants requiring a visa must make full payment by Sept 23, 2026

6. Participants whose visa applications are denied may be eligible for a refund, subject to the deduction of statutory visa fees and a $500 administrative fee. Also note that applicants suspected or confirmed to have provided false information may be subjected to legal proceedings for de-marketing our brand.

7. Payment done (Early bed payment ) before May 15, 2026, attracts a 5% discount.

8. A group booking of more than 3 people attracts a 7% discount. This offer is valid until May 15, 2026.

9. The organisation is not liable for cancellation or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In case the organizer cancels the event, participants will receive a full refund less visa and administration fees as stated in No. 6 above, or will have the option to transfer their registration to the next edition.

10. By registering, participants agree to allow NICATISA to use their personal information for event-related communications, networking opportunities and promotional activities.

11. The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, sickness, loss or damage to personal belongings during the event. Participants are also responsible for any damage to hotel items at the venue.

12. Sponsors and exhibitors must comply with the event branding and advertising policy. The organizers must approve any promotional materials.

13. Participants must adhere to the event schedules and guidelines. Any disruption or misconduct will result in the removal from the event without a refund.
